Join us in Vergennes Vermont at the Strong House Inn with Susan Deshensky @ladybluequilts from Thursday, March 26th to Sunday, March 29th, 2026 for a three night, four day retreat focused on these beautiful quilts.
Since 2017, I have been a Quiltworx Certified Instructor, who teaches at quilt shops, quilt guilds and retreats. I attend trainings with Judy Niemeyer on a regular basis. I have also taken many classes with Jacqueline deJonge of BeColourful Quilts. I take great pride in learning the latest techniques and continuing my textile education, so that I can pass this information on to my students. Since 2023, I have been an Island Batik Brand Ambassador. I am available to travel and I can teach in-person, on Zoom or for private groups. I am also a pattern designer and my original designs have been published in over twenty-five magazines. My quilts have won several awards, including 3rd place at AQS Paducah and 1st place at MQX New England. Several of my quilts have been accepted in to AQS exhibits and featured in the AQS 2025 and 2026 engagement calendars.
