 Periwinkle Swirl

Description: is inspired by Michelle’s spring gardens, where periwinkle blooms can be found here and there, swirling around in the early April winds. The Swirl blocks create wonderful movement around the Periwinkle Blocks, generating a light and lively vibe, mimicking that fresh feeling of spring! Whether you go with pastel or bright fabric, this quilt will look fabulous! Feel free to alternate the colors to make your own personal version, however be mindful of the suggested values to insure you obtain the fabulous movement.

Periwinkle pattern offers four great quilt sizes and settings: wall, throw, double or king!

Requires: Pattern, Diamond Rects and Corner Beam

Description: Michelle created this new Majesty Lemoyne Star which is just splendid!  She alternated it with the first block she remembers her Grandmother teaching her to make, the Log Cabin.  The combination radiates stateliness, hence Majesty!Michelle made this quilt with Fat Quarters, including her background!  It could as easily be made with yardage, half yards or strips of scraps!  Remember Michelle’s philosophy; the more fabrics in the quilt the better!    That is right, this entire quilt is made with strips!  No Y Seams.

Majesty:Quilt Sizes:Wall, Throw (Lg), Queen

Requires: Pattern, Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star and Tucker Trimmer III
