DEPOSIT All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate plus applicable tax for one
night.
CANCELLATION Room deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen days before arrival minus a $15.00 administrative fee. For cancellations with less notice (including late
arrivals and early departures), we will refund your deposit if the room can be rebooked. We cannot make exceptions for weather and personal emergencies.

TAXES Vermont room and meals tax of 9% is added to your bill at checkout.
